SHIPPING POLICY

1.Processing and Shipping Times
Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability. For custom-made pieces, delivery times will be longer.
Delivery times also vary based on the recipient’s location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2.Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping via courier – Estimated delivery time: 2 business days.

  • Standard Shipping via CTT – Estimated delivery time: 5 business days.

3.Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

4.Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery on the carrier’s website.

 

5.Delivery Attempts and Recipient Absence
Carriers will make [X] delivery attempts at the provided address. If delivery is not possible, the order may be returned to our store.
If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or recipient absence, a new shipment can be made upon payment of a new shipping fee.

 

6.Damages or Delivery Issues
If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please:

  • Take photos of the package before opening it.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1.Return Period
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with the right of withdrawal provided by consumer protection law.

2.Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be in perfect condition, without signs of use, damage, or alterations.

Include all original tags and packaging.

Include any accessories, manuals, or gifts sent with the order.

3.Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

Personalized or made-to-order products.

Sale or clearance items, except in case of defect.

Products showing signs of use or mishandling.

4.Return Process

Send an email to hello@dezoitocinquenta.com with your order number, photos of the product, and reason for the return.

Wait for our confirmation and instructions on shipping.

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the refund or exchange within [X days].

5.Return Costs

If the product is defective or sent in error, return shipping costs are covered by us.

For returns due to buyer’s remorse, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6.Refunds
